Customer Support

Engrasp provides technical support for free to registered users. Our technical support staff is trained to help you find answers to your questions quickly and accurately. We are happy to answer any of your questions about any of our products, both before and after your purchase. We also welcome suggestions for improvements to our software and enourage you to contact us with any ideas you may have for new modules or features.

Technical support is available Monday through Friday, excluding major United States holidays. We typically respond to e-mail inquiries within one business day. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Your ETBX serial number. This is available in the confirmation email that you received after your purchase.
  • Your ETBX version number. This can be found in ETBX by selecting the Help -> About menu item.
  • The operating system you are using: Window 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista
  • The exact wording of any error message that is related to your technical support issue.

Answers to your technical support questions may also be found by consulting the ETBX documentation:

  • See the Readme file installed with the program for the latest information about your specific ETBX installation.
  • Automated customer support information is available on the Engrasp web site at www.engrasp.com. From the Engrasp.com home page, select the Support tab.
  • The ETBX User's Guide documents all features of the ETBX software.
