| ETBX Overview |
Using the Start Menu ETBX contains an integrated library of computational and reference modules. The ETBX solution library is organized into analysis packages that encompass a wide range of mechanical, aerospace, and civil engineering specialties. Access to the ETBX module library is easily available through the Start Menu shown in Figure 1. To view the contents of an analysis package such as the Solid Mechanics library, click on the node to the left of the package name or double-click on the package name itself. The list will expand to display the names of all modules currently available in the selected package (see Figure 2). To open a module, either double-click on the module name, or select the name and click the Open Module button. After a brief pause while the selected module is initialized, a new window containing the specified module is displayed on the screen. You can open as many ETBX modules as your computer memory allows. Closing the start menu exits the ETBX program. To avoid loss of data, ETBX warns you if there are modules windows open when you attempt to close the start menu.
