Reference and Utilities Library

The ETBX Reference And Utilities library contains modules that provide engineering reference data such as material properties, geometric section properties, and unit conversions. Click on a module name below to view the module's documentation.

Beam Section Properties - The Beam Section Properties module calculates geometric section properties for general cross section types and also provides section properties for standard steel and aluminum sections. The section properties results can be accessed by other ETB modules.

Material Properties - The Material Properties module contains a reference database of material properties that can be accessed by other ETB modules.

Units Conversion - The Units Conversion module converts units of a selected physical quantity from the selected input unit to the selected output unit.

Solid Properties - The Solid Properties module calculates the mass properties of common homogeneous solids.
